ResumeForge ("we," "us") builds resumes using information you provide directly. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have.
Account information (email, name), resume content you enter (work history, education, skills, contact details you choose to include), job descriptions you paste for analysis, and usage/analytics data (pages visited, funnel events, device type, traffic source).
We do not require unnecessary personal information — no government ID numbers, no full home address, no date of birth. Contact fields on your resume are shown or hidden entirely at your choice.
Resume content may be sent to our AI provider to generate or improve writing (summaries, bullet points, tailoring). We do not send your resume content to advertising platforms (see Meta Ads tracking below).
We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance. Only event names and, where applicable, a hashed (not plaintext) version of your email/phone are sent — never resume content.
You can export your data or delete your account and all associated resumes at any time from your account settings.
Questions about this policy can be sent to the contact address listed on our website.
