Because our one-time purchases unlock digital content immediately (PDF/DOCX/TXT downloads, premium templates), refunds are generally not available once a download has been completed. If you experience a duplicate charge, a failed payment that was still debited, or a genuine technical issue preventing you from accessing what you paid for, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund where appropriate. Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals; the current billing period is non-refundable once started.
